Shipping Policy

• Warm Weather Shipping

Hot weather is great for summer fun, not so much for shipping chocolate.

We take extra precautions during summer months to protect your order, including adding temperature control and shipping via expedited methods (2-day or faster, if needed!). We are not take any extra cost for maintaining product in summer session.

• Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 Hours to 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Same day delivery in Mumbai if placed before 10 AM IST and based on the chocolate quantity.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Shipping Cost

We have not charge extra shipping charges at the time of order process.

• Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Nivas Chocolate customer support to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
